1. General

Oddities By T reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may update or modify these Terms of Service without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products

Each piece is handcrafted and one of a kind. Natural variations in preserved specimens, bones, insects, plants, and other materials are expected and are part of the artwork’s uniqueness. Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

4. Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.

5. Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods offered through our secure checkout.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed within the stated processing time shown on each product listing.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Oddities By T is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

8. Custom Orders

Custom orders require approval before production begins.

Once work has started, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

All photographs, artwork, product designs, logos, and website content are the property of Oddities By T and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Oddities By T shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the item.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
