Are your pieces one of a kind?
Yes! Every piece at Oddities By T is handcrafted and completely unique. Because each item is individually made by hand, no two pieces are ever exactly alike. Once a piece is sold, it will not be recreated exactly the same.
Are your specimens ethically sourced?
Yes. All specimens used in my artwork are legally and ethically sourced with the utmost respect for the animals they came from. My goal is to preserve and honor the natural beauty of each specimen through art.
Are your mirrors hand etched?
Yes! Every mirror is individually hand etched by me. Because each design is created by hand, slight variations make every piece truly one of a kind.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! I accept custom orders when my schedule allows. If you have an idea for a custom etched mirror or specimen display, please reach out through the Contact page or email to discuss your vision.
Please note that custom requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and availability may vary.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipping unless otherwise noted in the product listing.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
No. Because every piece is handcrafted and one of a kind, all sales are final.
Please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about a piece, I’m always happy to help before you purchase.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Every order is packaged with great care. If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging materials
This information is required to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Because each piece is one of a kind, an exact replacement may not be possible, but I will work with you to determine the best possible resolution.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, I currently ship within the United States only.
How should I care for my artwork?
To help preserve your piece for years to come:
• Keep it out of direct sunlight.
• Avoid excessive heat and humidity.
• Handle glass pieces with care.
• Dust gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
• Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners on etched mirrors or glass domes.
Can I reserve a piece?
Pieces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that an item will remain available without purchase.
