Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Oddities By T is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Each piece is handmade and one of a kind. Because of the unique nature of my work, all sales are final.

I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before making your purchase. If you have any questions about a piece, I encourage you to reach out before ordering. I’m always happy to help.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Every order is packaged with great care. If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

To help resolve the issue, please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the shipping box and all packaging materials

This information is necessary to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Because each piece is one of a kind, an exact replacement may not be possible. However, I will work with you to determine the best possible resolution.
